When the headlights are cut on at night all of the instruments in the car illuminate except for the radio. What can I do? Do I have to replace the whole radio or is there a fix? :(

I am confused. My needles are flickering too. Can you just replace a couple of bulbs or do you have to get the needles? If it is just the bulbs, where do I get them, what do I ask for, and how do I replace them?
