Control arms can be replaced by any competent independent shop. After market parts are also available WAY cheaper than Lexus. I have seen no evidence that after market parts are less durable than OEM. Independent parts and labor are less than half what Lexus charges. It is also not REQUIRED that the arms be replaced. The only part that wears out is the rubber bushings that can be replaced separately although it requires bushing press equipment.
