Rx 350 Vibration At Higher Speeds

I have a problem with Lexus RX330 2005, It shake at 65 MPH when I brake. I Had replace new axles, tires and rotors, it still have that shaking problem when I brake at 60 MPH. Think it the brake line have air in it, but have no one to pump and bleed it.
