I have a UBS Key to upgrade the GPS map. Does it plug into the UBS port in glove box by driver. I get into the upgrade screen and it says poor connection. What am, i doing wrong? Owners manual says to contact LEXUS but it seems i am close to completing the upgrade. Anyone done this? Am i using the right port? I cleaned the USB port with compressed air but did not help. HADLEY
