If it sounds like the rattle is in the dash or near the windshield, have them check, reapply the noise shield under the hood. Had something similar with my GS and that was it. talking about the plastic engine cover under the hood. the attachment in the back corner near the driver seat was loose. just attached with small plastic clips and it was vibrating at certain times Check all of the clamps on the exhaust system, From the manifold back. Especially the one around the cat.
