A custom made wiring harness is needed for the install.

If you are replacing the pioneer with the nak system it is plug and play, If you never had a cd changer in the trunk then you need a wiring harness that runs from the changer to the headunit. I have a full nak system if interested. Headunit, changer, amp, subwoofer and harness.

Pioneer system speakers work with a nak upgrade, Guaranteed ;)

Yes, I have 07 navs for the es350. The nav is 100% original factory equipment. It is plug and play with the custom wiring harness that comes with the nav. Interested? email or pm me for details. If you can't get through leave your email. DC FISH: You seem to be the "go to guy" for this. I also have an '03 ES300 that I would like to have an OEM navigation system.
