Rx400H Electrical Problem W/car Battery?

We are suffering the same issue. My wife went to Bed Bath and Beyond and when she came out and tried to start her car, she said all the lights would light up except the "READY" light. Now her car dies about once a week. We've complained to Lexus and they said they've never heard anything like that. They looked at it and couldn't find anything wrong with it. What could be the problem? -
