I have the same issue in Colorado. Made an appointment with the dealership for next week who want $180 for the update. I called customer service and opened a ticket. Just got a call back today and was flat out denied anything. No reimbursement, discount, etc. Anybody know if any shop can do this? Or does it have to go to the dealer? -
