Hi All, I bought a certified RX 350 2010 model in 2013. Since then I was very promptly getting the services done. My car is at about 68000 miles. I recently went for an oil maintenance change to Lexus and they told me that I missed doing the 60K service and are recommending me to get it done with an estimate of around $600-800 . I read somewhere that it is not mandatory for these vehicles until 100K miles. Please do let me know if the price quoted by Lexus is correct or not ? Can we just do the normal oil change and get it changed when it comes to 100K miles .. Will it affect the car in anyways if we avoid doing this service ?

@ Paul .. I knocked the doors of local service and even customer support. They are of no use . @ Stanley . The first thing I did was formatting into FAT32

I am still talking to them but it is of no use. Even the local dealer is trying to get the information from Lexus .. I would like to know the little tips in doing the folder management , etc. It is weird that some folders play and some folders skip eventhough the format is mp3 .. These are all free downloaded songs

I too observed this problem. It always takes you through toll roads even though you disallow the Toll roads. When I called the helpline .. he says that the system maps are such.. take it or leave it .. I now have to depend on my old Garmin GPS which is much better.. I don't know what is the use of spending so much money on it ..
