Thanx for the info, I am sure someone will use this in the future. Did you find out what it is in the amp that causes this ? I can send it in to Pioneer and they will check it out but I would have to pay to get it fixed and the results! -

UPDATE Ok here it is, I took the amp out and have NOT had a problem since. I found another Amp and installed that drove around for a few days (not continuosly) :whistles: and did NOT hve any problems. I then parked the car for three days and and still NO problem. I then returned to the shop and no draw was found. After all this it was the stupid little factory AMP! Thanks -

A faulty trigger? Does the radio trigger the amp? I checked on ALDATA and it shows the amp also has a constant power! Just to rule things out, I pulled the dome lights, trunk light, glove box light and the battery still died! Oh and yes I replaced the battery. -

I don't beleive it is the amp that is draining your battery. Do further tests. I checked for a draw and that is where it was coming from! I then brought the car to a car stereo/alarm shop (friend) and told him nothing except something was killing the battery when it sat and he came up with the same thing! He told me it wasnt the first Lexus to have this problem and come to his shop. I then unplugged the amp for a few days and left the car sitting and no problem! -
My 95 Es factory amp is killing my battery if I let the car sit for more than 16 hours. What can I replace the amp with in terms of a swap from a different or same model dif year Lexus? Or is there a cheap way out to replace it these days? THANKS

My 95 has some AC problems. I get a code 21 for starters. Now the problem! Sometimes it is nice and cold and working correctly! Other times it works for about ten minutes and then starts blowing warm to hot air! The 21 code is for the Solar Sensor on the dash! Has anyone had this go bad? I have had the system evac'ed and refilled twice and no leaks were found! Thanks

What is the green in color light next to the ABS light on the dash that looks like a light bulb? Is it a light out light or just telling me the lights are on? It only lights with the lights on. I don't have a manuel so don't shoot me for asking! Thanks Bill

[ Yeah I had them do mine and the good thing is that they had my steering wheel in stock and made it while I keep using my car. Then they sent it to me after they finish and I sent them my old wheel back. If you dont mind telling, what did it cost?

I DON"T want to de-activate the bag! I love the looks of the wooden type wheels however! Did the Es in 95 come with a wooden type wheel?

Anyone swap out there steering wheel for a better looking model and if so which? I like the look of the LS wheel but it don't look close enough for a fit! Maybe a newer model ES? Same question applies to the front seats! 1995 ES

A scanner was hooked up and no cde was shown! Unless he did it wrong! Do you use the scanner or jump the ports! If jumping the ports which ones and can I do it home!

How do you shut off the air bag and ABS lights when no code shows? Is this dealer only or is there a way besides pulling ;) the bulb!

Funny is good no problem here! AH, but the truth comes out a little more on the odometer problem. It wasnt another car, it was a booster box he got the jump from! Could this cause a spike in power and kill the od? It's at the dealer now so I will post back when it's found out! Low mileage is good but when the title states 100,000 miles and you show up with 10, theres a problem!

A friend of mine called me today because he had his car SC400 jump started and when he went to drive away the odometer was at 0! What happened here or whats the fix? He said that he left the cables on after the car started to charge for some stupid reason! I'm sure it was the extra charge going through but.....?
