I've got Khumo Solus KL21 extremely quiet, but I lost 4-5 mpg vs the stock Goodyear Eagles, So much for low rolling resistance!

newbie question, is it normal that my headlights turn left really far, but barely turn slightly right? any suggestions? thanks in advance to all that chime in and happy to finally join the forum!
