  1. They only show information for US carriers and Lexus.ca does not have this tool. Typical eh :)
  2. I am having the same problem with my 2012 RX350 with NAV option. I switched to a new phone service provider and got a new Samsung Gio and a Motorola Motoluxe. Both phones connect and operate fine with Bluetooth but when I try to tranfer the phonebooks the screen shows "transfering data" but then after a minute says "tranfer failed" I have made bluetooth "discoverable" on both phones every time I tried the tranfer. The Motoluxe phone displays a message somewhere that says something like "paired but not connected" ( to the NAV system) I stumped and need some help (dealer is a fair distance away and could not assist my on the phone)
