The valve covers were just done, i figured the distributor oring is whats causing the smoke.

Yeah I talked to my mechanic he said he would do the seals for 120 labor. He also said to do the timing belt if i needed it.

My 92 was just in for a checkup and they told me I need new cam seals and a distibutor o ring gasket. Has anyone had the same problem? I can understand the o ring gasket. Would all of this cause my oil leak problem? It smokes once and awhile after driving it. At first I thought it was the valve covers, but they said no.

What alot of info? engine, tranny, axles? I mostly need it for the engine stuff.

Is there an aftermarket disc changer that works with the stock stero?

could'nt find a sticker. Hmmm crap so if it was done, it wasnt at the dealer. Is there any other way?

How do i know if my timing belt has ever been changed? Would there be a sticker of some kind?

My 92 has a bulb burned out in one of the fog lights. I'm not a big fan of the yellow lenses anyway so i was thinking about getting aftermarket lights. Is there a company that makes a similar light that will fit? Thanks

Just picked up a 92 es300 with 95k. Original owner, perfect shape, im really excited. Only thing wrong is the little button on the key doesnt unlock or lock the doors. Can this be replaced? Or do i have to get a new key lazer cut? Also the 6 disc changer doesnt seem to work. It makes alot of noise and then finally spits out the cd's. Anyone know what it might be? Thanks

That looks good, did you use factory paint codes? How much did you get charged or did you do it by yourself? Did you paint them while it was on the car?

Ive heard the sc300 has more options for mods, wouldnt it make it faster then an sc400?

I am looking for a car that will get me decent mpg (20+) Which model can you do more mods too? also is the 300 cheaper for insurance? I was quoted 150 for full coverage for a es300. How much of an increse can i expect?
