  1. On my 1994 300ES, the LCD of the Climate Control is lit by soldered in bulbs sandwiched between the LCD and a circuit board, beyond my confidence to deal with. Banging on the front used to get one or two to light up for awhile, but now they're dead. Please let me know if you find a solution to this short of buying a replacement climate control from Lexus, thanks Alan
  2. My 1994 ES300 has no working LCD backlights on the Climate Control. They're soldered in and sandwiched between the LCD and the circuit board and I fear I'll mess things up if I try to work on them. Does anyone work on those? Any other recommendations? The unit otherwise works fine and I'd hate to replace it for three to four hundred dollars. Thanks for any suggestions, Alan acohn@darkwing.uoregon.edu Eugene, Oregon
