Spark Plugs And Ignition Coil Please Help Me!

I ran into the same problem with my 2000 LEXUS ES 300. The local car service center gave quote for $1200 for changing the coil and sparkplugs. On seeing your thread, it looks like they quoted $600. May I know which location you were changing it. I am from Thousand Oaks, CA. Please help me.
