You can rotate them by putting the front in the rear and the rear in the front. Lexus recommends this every second oil change, but i think if you have 17" and up every oil change due to tire wear.

i think only the 2000 up es300 have the A/C filters and on the 97-99 you can put one in if you want to.

If you are looking to install an amp you can get a speaker wire to rca converter. What this does is it takes your speaker wires and converts them into rca output so you can connect an amp to your exisiting stock deck. All you have to do is take the wires that come out of the converter and tap them into your speaker wires (there will be both positive and negative for left/right speakers), from there all you have to do is connect your rca's into the converter and into you amp.

Sounds like a tough decision! Well to tell you honestly i love the gs400 there sleek, luxury and performance all in one package. If i were you I’d get the gs because the gs and the ls have pretty much the same engine but the gs is sportier.

Its probably your right front turn signal bulb.

Some of the cheap headlight bulbs melt your headlight socket, so watch out for those. I had the eurolights and they melted mine. I had to replace the socket and i put in sylvania silverstars, so far so good.

skperformance, can you find this wire that we can connect our remote wires to and tell us which one it is?

Those rims are off a 1997 lexus sc400.

You should also check the wiring harness, sometimes the the contacts melt and could give you a loose connection.

I have the same problem too, what i did was i ran the remote wire up to the front and put a switch on it so when i start the car or turn the radio off i could also turn the amp off. I used the speaker to rca converter to connect my amp because i didn't want to change the stock deck, so i think the reason why this loudly bass comes for about 2 seconds is because the amp doesn't know when to turn itself off and on because the stock deck as no remote wire and the antenna motor only gets power when the antenna goes up or down so the amp must stay on all the time.

With the E-shift you can either leave the car in "D" or take it into "M" mode which is E-shift and change the gears from the steering wheel.

hey bbsal, do you know if this would work for the 1992-1994 tail lights?

I have a 92 es300 with the 6 disc changer and it plays cdr's. You might be thinking of cdrw's?

Hello, I put eurolights (not sure if you've heard of them or not) its the same 9006 bulb you have in your rx300, but after 3-4 weeks i found that it melted my headlight socket. If your looking for good bulbs try the sylvania silverstars or the piaa extreme white. I put the silverstars in my es300 there a white bulb. I'm not too sure if there are any good blue or purple headlight bulbs out there.

Hi jcamp, I don't think that you can by-pass the emergency brake /dvd switch because the wiring for the swtich is tied up with the spedo. so customers would not go to their lexus dealers and ask if they could get it by-pass (like the lx470).

Does anybody know if you can get the demon eyes/angel eyes for the 92-96 es300's or does anybody know how to make them?

I think saw them on a site but i can't remember if those were them or not.

The is300 wheels do not need spacers because they are a 17x7 rim.

I agree I also tried the silverstars and the cool blues. The cool blues are more on the yellowish side then the white. The siverstars are totally white with no yellow tinge.

I think you can get the silcone from any hardware store. I was also thinking you can also use a heat gun to pry the seal open.
