  2. banghaving been in a severe accident myself not long ago, i can only tell you i wish there were people like you that were willing to help me. i had to do everything myself, i cleaned up my car, got the fluids out fo the street as much as i could, i pushed it off to the side (radiator was busted, as was the main power steerring line) i cleaned up the glass. it was all me. nobody did anything to help. i ate 2 grand cause some dumb 16 year old in a truck that was way to bigfor ANY 16 year old pulled out in front of me. then he rear ended a civic. and that civic rear ended another civic, then i rear ended the truck that it the civic that hit the civic. then to make matters worse, the cops tried to pin it all on me saying that i hit the truck and pushed him and another car into the car in fropnt of them...uh-huh. im in a $2,500 lb contour going 25 MPH and i pushed a 5,000 lb truck and another 2,000 lbs car when i hit him...riiiiiight. anyway, sorry for the rant. its good you were there, that kid will probably get the beating of his life from his mom, but at least he will live through it...maybe. BTW, heres pix of my wreck: Before: whoops. After: pic1 pic2 pic3 pic4 pic5

  4. hello. I am purchasing a 1990 Lexus ES 250 in a few days. it has a 2.5L V6 and an Auto 4 speed. cloth interior. a motorola car phone is installed, i dont think it came as OEM. it has 130K and is a 1 owner car, some body damage, but overall it is better than your average 14 year old car. i totalled my 1995 Ford Contour GL on august 16th 2004 and was looking for a replacement. my boss mentioned he would sell his lexus to me and i happily agreed after looking at it. he is 65 years old so i dont think he has beat the car too much. it has: -Cruise control -Maple Woodgrain trim -4 speed atx -Power Sunroof -New tires all around -New catalytic converter -New A/C system -New Battery -New plugs and wires i am paying $2,000. the interior is SPOTLESS. nothing wrong with it. however, it does have a leaky front valve cover (the one closest to the grille) whch shouldnt be too aweful hard to fix. its not leaking bad enough to even have to add any oil to it in between oil changes. and it needs rear brake pads. so comments, suggestions? he is firm ont he price as he is selling only to me. and thats fine, hes not out to ream me on the price, im actually paying about 350 under bluebook value for it. so my wquestion is, what are the querks on these cars??? i should have it by wednesday, so i will have pix up soon. thank you for your time. :) BTW: it looks identical to this:
