  1. Hi I recently had the trouble code PO330 shown up on my vehicle. The problem is very strange. The code seems to reset itself if I drive the car for awhile. Lately I drove the car over a weeks,No problem. My wife told me the code only appeared when she drove the car on the highway. Is anyone know if the code PO330 only appeared when the knock sensor has an open and a close circuit malfunction or it can also tell us when the engine had miss fired. I noticed the engine run a little rough idle. Can I start solving the problem by changing the spark plug first.?
  2. IS both of them under the intake manifold? The scanner shown code PO330. Knock sensor 2 circuit malfunction. Which knock sensor do I need to replaced?
  3. Can anyone tell me where are the knock sensors located? Picture would be nice. :) THANKS!
  4. All RX model has it only on the left rear window, It is an antenna.
  5. Did you check the engine mounted and dog bone. My car have the same problem, I noticed that 4.1 qtz of transmission fluid seems a lot, Make sure the level of the fluid do not fill up above the top two notches on the dip stick and try disconnect the negative battery's cable again.
  6. HI I disconnect the negative cable's battery for an hour, and the problem is gone. Hopefully it's gone forever, Thank for the advice.
  7. I has noticed that when I shift the gear from park to reverse or drive, the tranfer case move up and down about an inch also the chock absorber at front of the vehicle that support the transmission case also move up and down about an inch. Is it normal or engine/transmission are worn out? I remove the transmission mount shock absorber, How can you tell when or if it needs new shock absorber? ... I pushed down on it and pull back seem to have a good resistance. When I push down on it,it stay at that position and never move
  8. Hi I own 1999 rx300,When I shift the gear from neutral to drive or reverse,It does not shift smoothly. The RPM seem to be within the normal range. The problem gone away if I drive the car for a while.( half a day). Can anyone help me?
