  1. Note that the 2010 and 2011 RX 350 were rated at 275 HP. The 2012 RX 350 is rated at 270 HP.
  2. My wife has a 1999 CR-V, and it has been our main "road trip" car for several years now. I liked it well enough, but to me, it was noisy, low on power, and generally unrefined. We did a 5,000 km. road trip from Vancouver to Las Vegas (and return) in May in my 2010 RX 350, and I must say, I enjoyed it WAY more than I would have if it were in the CR-V. :P
  3. See page 239 of the 2010 RX 350 Owner's Manual: "All-wheel drive lock mode is canceled when the vehicle speed exceeds 25 mph (40 km/h)."
  4. Yay! That works! Thanks! But, one file per chapter? As you have no doubt experienced, that's a pain to download. Wonder if anyone has assembled the 2010 RX 350 Owners Manual and Navigation Owners Manual, and would consider putting the stitched-together manuals up on, say MediaFire or DropBox for download?
  5. Would you be so kind as to provide a direct link to the 2010 RX 350 Owner Manual and Navigation System Manual? I'm in Canada, and the original link (.../home) puts me on a login page where I'm unable to login because of my Canadian VIN.
  6. Why "Lobsterguy"?

Welcome to the Lexus Owners Club RX 350 forum!

With a pseudonym like "Lobsterguy" in Canada, you're most likely in NB, NS, or PE?

Only two Lexus dealers in the Maritimes - Saint John , and Halifax?

  7. "+1", meaning "I agree". The Lexus nav system does not perform anywhere close to as well as my old dash-mount Garmin Nüvi 650.
  8. I thought I'd post a Canadian perspective - it may not be all that helpful, but you might find it interesting, nevertheless. In the Canadian market, the 2010 RX 350 basic configuration includes SmartAccess [no mechanical key required for doors or ignition] and push-button Start/Stop. (The base model also includes AWD, but that's not relevant to the discussion here.) Canadian vehicles are sold with explicit option packages, which differ from the U.S. option packages. "A la carte" options are not offered, as far as I know. The option packages are: Premium Package 1 Premium Package 2 (which includes Premium Package 1) Touring Package (which includes Premium Package 2) Sport Package (which includes Touring Package) Ultra Premium Package (which includes Touring Package) Premium Package 2 includes "One wallet size smart card key". I have the Touring Package, and the car did indeed come with the "wallet size smart card key."
