  1. Hey w-sup again to all you homies out there?

I have a quick question. Would it be hard to remove the CD Changer Cable that goes from the headunit to the CD Changer? Is it attached to any other harnesses? Will it just come out from under the carpet? Any suggestions will help! Has anyone ever pulled out their CD Changer cable.

Thanks in advance for the continued help,

    Steve

  2. Thanks! I just wanted top clear that up. Also because i was thinking of re-doing the interior on my car, but I was planning on redoing it with cloth on the seats, same color but cloth. It gets very hot here in Southern Cali. I want to be different, i know its not luxury w/out leather, but its my car right? Like you said, "its different"

    Thanks,

    Steve

  3. Was there any cloth interior ever made for LEXUS??? Like from the '90's and up. This guy put this reply from ebay. Read and tell me what you think:

i have a n003 nakamichi radio from a cloth interior car from a 1990 ls400 . also have a p1606 radio from a cloth interior 1991 built sc400 son i know they made them. plus i have the 1990 nakamichi service manual for c708, c708 c709 c710 . so they definitely made 4 nakamichi radios 2 cd button and 2 non cd button. 2 with cloth and 2 with leather. as far as my price the 8000.00 is for brand new system . the dealer calls his refurbed stereo parts new but the say right on the box that they are refurbished. the nak system prices for new not refurbished are as follows. $4089.00 for a new not refurbished radio. 1300.00 for new not refurbished cd charger. 900.00 for new not refurbished nakamichi amp. 700.00 for new subwoofer . the other 4 door speakers are 360.00 each and 2 tweeters 179.00 each brings total of nak system to 9,000.00 not 8,000.00. now granted new components may not be available but dont think a dealer selling a nak radio for 500.00 and saying it is new is stretching the meaning of new. refurbished radios have been broken and fixed and in my opinion are below a used radio from a low mileage car that has never been broken which is the kind i sell. the dealers definition of new on audio items is the problem. there is new new and new to you that causes the problem of thinking the dealer sells a new nak system for less than 8,000.00.

    Just general info and question.

  4. Whats up again, just a quick questions for all you guys and gals if any.

    Would the RX330 Wheels(18" 2004) fit a '92 LS400???

I think they would look good. The only difference is that these are 35mm offset, and LS400 are 45mm offset. Would the creat a problem, other than that they are also 5X114.3.

Any help or suggetions would be great!!!

    Thanks

  5. I sold my stock headunit on eBay for about $100. I would start the auction at $100 plus $15 for shipping. I'm not sure how much the Cd changers are going for though. I would say somewhere in the $100 area would be a good starting price for the changer as well. Good luck! :)

    Thanks Lexls!

I also want to thank you for your crazy a$$ website(pardon the slang, its the best way i could describe your website in my hood terms!!!!)

It worked i used the forum for the Fog Lights, i'll tell you it look hella crzy, i was going to buy bulbs, but this really helped. Next phase is removing the Radio.

    Thanks!!!!!

    A+++++++++++ on your website

Up for grabs is my Pioneer Radio, CD Changer and the Amp if needed(if i can figure out how to take it off). I was selling it separately but i guess it could all go @ once if someone needs it. My asking price would be $350+shipping(i'll go half on the shipping). If you need the parts separatly that could be arranged. Let me know if interested send me a PM or emial me>>>>> garcia_8812@hotmail.com This is all coming out of my '92 LS400 everything works fine except i do not have the CD cartridge. Thanks,

    Steve

    Thanks

  10. What would be a good asking price for my Radio and CD Changer?

Im thinking of just putting it up on Ebay. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how much i should ask? The radio and cd changer are in working condition except i dont have the CD cartridge.

    Thanks for your suggestions!!!!

  11. What's up again peeps?

Would you guys recommend buying Rotors from Ebay?

I found them for a descent price. $80 for the Front pair and bout $80also for the rear pair.

Any suggestions? Has anyone ever bought Rotors off Ebay? I think Lexls has.

    Thanks for your thoughts peeps!

  12. Yesterday while i was looking for a place to run my power cable through, i found a BUTTON under the Gas Pedal I read somewhere that this is a Power Button Whats the purpose of that button??? Will it affect anything if i press it? Can i remove the rubber cover since its held on by somekind of clip?

    Thanks!!!!

  13. Is it under the carpet? Would it go under the car, out the firewall? Or is it behind the pedals? Also i saw there is a button under the gas pedal, what does that do, can i run it trhough there? (would you happen to have any pics?)

    Thanks for your help
