I hope someone can help. I just bought a 2001 GS430 with the navigation/mark levinson package. Every time I start the car, the warning screen comes up which warns you to pay attention to the road instead of using navigation. I have to hit "I agree" every time. I'm wondering if there is anyway I can have my system display the radio screen at startup rather than having to hit "I agree" every time I get into the car. Any help?

I used to have a '95 LS before my '99 and I had a similar problem (no power, car shuddered with Trac and engine light flashing). I limped it to the dealer who told me it was a clogged fuel injector(s). A quick purge of the injectors ($125 +/-) and the car was fine.

I'm hoping someone can help. I have a '99 LS400 with 64k miles. What's bothering me is that sometimes the car lurches forward when giving it gas after I slow down to almost a complete stop. For example: When I ALMOST come to a complete stop at a red light. If the light turns green prior to the stop and I give it gas, there is a slight hesitation and then the cars lurches forward. It seems like the tranny downshifts to first rather than staying in second?? The fluid level is fine and the car has had all recommended services at Lex dlr. Any help or similar conditions would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Is there a 6yr/70k mile powertrain warranty (factory) on my car?

I have a '99 LS with the standard system and I'm a little disappointed (Cd's sound pretty good but radio is mediocre at best). My previous '95 LS had the Nakimichi which I think was one of the best I've ever had (Cadillac DTS with Bose a close second). I wish I held out for a Nak.

Thanks for the response(s). I guess I forgot to stipulate that I was looking for 17" wheels to put on my '99. If I understand you guys, ONLY 16" wheels will work with my car?

I just purchased a 1999 LS 400; I was wondering if the 2001-2004 LS430 wheels would fit my car. Service guy at dealership said "No, it would throw off the computer and/or transmission"....This does not sound right. Any help and pics of series 1,2,3 LS's with wheels would be great.
