Yes... take your car to the Lexus dealership and have them install the correct replacement. The Levinson system is the best in the market, so don'ttry to mix & match a replacement. I had to have my sub replaced and it was worth every penny to have it done right. FH>

The "thump" is not normal. I had a similar "thump" when hitting the gas hard from low speeds... I never noticed it at 45 mph though. Mine was a broken motor mount; replaced motor mount and no more thump. I also had a similar "whine" but it had nothing to do with the power steering and yours might not either... mine was the drive belt pulley. Hope that helps, FH>

Need some advice on an exhaust system: I'm considering either the Tanabe Medallion or Borla cat back systems. I want the deep tone at idle but don't want it too loud at full throttle or highway cruising. Does anyone have any experience with the two systems that could advise?? FH>
