Madamhart Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 :cries: Hello, I am a new owner (2000 gs 300). The car came with one master transponder key. I went to lexus-parts.com and ordered a replacement key. They were able to cut it from the VIN. All I have to do is program the new key. I have found several sets of instructions but none have worked for me. I followed them and the security light would never stop blinking. Does anyone have any suggestions? I live over 100 miles from the nearest Lexus dealership and want to avoid the distance and extra cost. HELP!!!! Thanks. B) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You will easily find this article http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...howtopic=10376& You will need both sets of instructions in the post to program both the transponder (to start the car) and the transmitter (to operate the locks).
