punkdriver Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 Hello Everybody, I just purchased an 08 IS 250 almost 2 months ago and so far I only found one problem. I was glad that I can use an ipod in my car by using an aux cable, but when I use any of the 12 volt slots to charge my Ipod or my cellphone, I hear a load weezing or static noise. I was wondering if I can get this fixed in the dealership. I also want to know how much would it be or will my warranty is covered. Have any of you guys found a solution to this problem?

punkdriver Posted July 11, 2008 Author Posted July 11, 2008 Sweet Thanks Guys. I guess I'll call my dealership about this and finally get it fixed.
Leolus Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I just got back from a service appointment to have this fixed and they said the parts were no longer available and Lexus was trying to update or improve the parts in this existing TSB. Does anyone know anything about this and are they wrong? Should I try another Lexus dealership that may prove more knowledgeable. I just feel like they're giving me the run-around with this.
