2022 Rx 350 microphone poor

[2022 Lexus RX350]

When you make a phone call, with or without apple play, are the people you call keeping asking you to repeat or talk more slowly?

Dealer insists the 2022 RX350k phone pickup no different than prior years, but they did drop no less than 4 microphones to pick  up voice in the newly revised NR

Has anyone had this problem and better, has anyone solved this problem??

I have the same issue with my 2021 version. Dealer suggested to play with the hidden sensitivity menu (HF Voice Quality Setting). Haven’t tried yet.

I have the same problem and it’s very frustrating. The dealer says they can’t hear it and insists it’s fine. They say they replaced the microphone but there’s no improvement in my 2022 RX350.

You may want to try Clear Choice Lexus as they provide excellent service. As I indicated, they are stepping away from older year Models such as what I own.
