We have a 2010 RX350.   When using the AC, regardless of "Dual mode" or not the air coming from the vents on the driver side is more like cabin temperature, warm.  The air on the passenger side is almost immediately cool/cold.  Even if both sides are set at "Low".  

The air on the driver side will eventually cool down, however, takes a while, 30 min. plus?

Please help.  Texas summer is upon us.
