Clear Rear Lenses For 99 Rx

hey all, just picked up a 99 RX 300 so far so good, I noticed while driving today, someone had clear tail light lenses on theirs. Not being all that familiar with variations from year to year, I wasn't sure if they were an OEM or aftermarket part. Any info would be greatly appriciated.
