Bluetooth and phone issues

Hi, my screen doesn’t show Bluetooth and Phone. 
Does anyone knows how to fix?

The first thing I'd try is to go into Settings and verify that "Bluetooth Power" is set to "On".

The setting is on the phone or on the vehicle?

My phone’s Bluetooth setting is on.

The setting I'm referring to is in the vehicle.   Access it through your in-dash screen.   Your navigation entertainment manual shows how.
