Windows, windows, windows what to do? ? ?

Today my problem is both rear windows will not go up or down from the effected window or the diverside main switch. 2nd problem is driver side window sometimes will not go up but half way. If I tap the switch ever few miles it will eventually go up. Need help in fixing

I would start by taking out the switch unit from the drivers door and examine it for contamination and clean if necessary with electrical cleaner spray.

Don't know if you've got this problem figured out but here's a solution that has worked for many: 

1. Sit in the seat

2. Open the door that has the window inot working

3. Hold the window button down

4. While holding the window button down slam the door closed

Repeat until it starts working.

Very unusual fix, I know, but many, including me have done this and it works.  If you search hard enough I believe there is even a TSB from Lexus that addresses this exact problem with this exact solution.
