No power to installed flat 4 trailer wiring connector.

I've installed a Curt 4 pin wiring connector to my 2015 RX 350 to the factory installed plug in on the vehicle. I am not receiving any power power through the wires for any brake, running or blinker lights. I've checked the fuses and they are good.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Could be the wiring into the plug(s) which may have contamination in the connections?
