Radio issue

Hello all!

I purchased a 2008 GX470, and the radio doesn’t seem to switch to SAT1 or SAT2, just switches between am and SAT3. I am unable to get the radio if number to activate my service, any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong? I press the AM-SAT button but it won’t switch to the other sat channels. Every other choice on the radio works.

Check the fuses?

(the manual would say which fuses to check).
