2016 ES350 how to maintain to get to 300K+ miles?

I'm new to the forum and a first time Lexus owner, long time Toyota owner. I am interested in feedback on preventative maintenance to perform in order for me to get the maximum life out of my ES. If anyone can direct me to previous posts or if you have any thoughts I would greatly appreciate it. For example--should I be aggressive on drain and fill on transmission to extend life? Other ideas? Thank you!

I simply follow the manufacturers recommendation for maintenance.  I just went over 100k with no maintenance issues.
