Lexus stereo no sound Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 I spill little a small amount of redbull on my 2010 Lexus GS 350 and it won’t work. At first it kept saying audio off and nothing was working( no bt, aux, radio) but the rest of the screen was working perfectly. I took it to the dealer and they said I needed to change the radio (2100) because nothing was work. On my way back from the dealer, I started pressing the Button the drink spill on and the entire stereo came back on. It connects to Bluetooth and the radio and everything is working but NO SOUND NOW. I don’t know what to do . I didn’t spill a not of Liquid that’s why I don’t want to just buy a new radio.
dcfish Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 Find a spray can of electrical connector cleaner and spray where the RB spilled. Have a hair dryer on the GO for this...Spray on, Dryy off until your system is proper. Thanks Stephan. Let's see a pic of that GS please 🙂
millbon Posted October 29, 2021 Posted October 29, 2021 Remove the radio and put inside a plastic container with rice to get rid of the moisture. That's what I did years ago.
