Driver Seat Cover replacement

Afternoon all,

    Just purchased a 2010 ES 350 and love it. Only thing that really needs replacement is the driver seat is pretty torn up. Wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue, and how they went about fixing it. There are a lot of after market covers on ebay, but I'd really like it to match the rest of the car. Thank you in advance for any and all help!

I have a 2010 IS250C and my drivers seat just gave up and tore  (it's pretty worn all over the place).   I got a quote from a well rated upholstery shop and they told me "OEM leather will be $5,000", which caused me to have a minor heart attack.  I'm going to call my dealer and see what they can do.
