Do People Still Purchase Lexus Extended Warranties?

Pardon me if I've missed it, but I haven't seen anything recent regarding purchase of an extended warranty.  Do people still get these, and if yes, who has the lowest prices these days?  I'm thinking of purchasing one for my 2017 ES350 coming off lease.  Thanks.
