Horn repair
Hi fellow Lexus owners I have a 2013 CT200 and my horn went dead. Lexus dealer repair dept says it needs a new steering wheel cable at the cost of $1,200! I'm not happy and would like a second opinion. Has anyone had this happen on their Lexus? Any advice? 5500lbs
Check to see if your reverse lights are out. The horn shares a fuse with that. Probably not but worth a try. 23 P/I 2 40 P position control system, horn, headlights (low beam), back-up light For a few bucks you could bypass the steering wheel horn and mount a horn button. https://www.amazon.com/Wolo-HS-2-Horn-Button-Switch/dp/B001HJR9XE/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=auto+horn+button&qid=1583358159&s=automotive&sr=1-1#customerReviews
