rear door will not open with either outside or inside door handle

i recently changed three of the four door lock activators on our RX300

the rear door on the passenger side will not open with either the outside or inside

door handle.

the front passenger and rear drivers side work perfectly although i cannot open them with key fob.

where is the sensor for the key fob located and is there a fuse?

It looks from the parts diagram that the receiver for the wireless door lock system is in the left rear fender - image of diagram attached.  Sorry, I had to reduce the resolution substantially when snagging the image to get it to fit on my screen but you should be able to zoom in on it.
