License Plate Bracket

Just got a new LS500. It came with a bracket to mount the license plate but I don’t see how to mount it in this gigantic grill. Any help by the diy people? Trying to save a trip to the dealer.

don't need front plate in most states ,,,in ohio starts july first ,,,,got my car in march dealer tried talking me out of putting bracket on the front ,,but i had them do it,,,  they drill two holes ,,,can always cover them come july first
