lexus sc430 center armrest

Can anyone please tell me how to remove the center armrest rom my sc430? Im looking to put a different colored one in. Thanks

Not entirely sure about how it comes out but have found this photo showing fixing points and overall structure which may give some clues to how it is mounted.
