Altezza Emissions

If you were to import an Altezza from Japan, does anyone know what you'd have to do to make it legal here. Especially in the terms of emissions.

There are companies that will take care of that sort of thing, but as I understand it, it is very expensive, time consuming, and lots of red tape. I don't think it's worth the time and money except in the case of very expensive and/or rare cars.
