both widows do not work, how can I fix this problem.

Have you checked the fuses?

I Have found the  fuse box I am unable to tell which fuse goes to what, can Help with that?

I also have the dash lights stay on when the key is out of the car. So i have to disconnect the battery or it will drain it.

I would advise you take it to an auto electrician as if the vehicle is powered up with the ignition key out this could be quite a serious issue.

Worth getting it checked before it leads to something more serious.
