Under my driver seat and my passenger seat it's getting wet and soaked and it's starting to make my car smell and it doesn't dry up I don't know what it is and I honestly wanna kinda have a idea about what its is before taking it to the dealer ship and knowing a price before going so that I know

Hi Samuel....welcome to the Forum

I would advise testing where the leak is coming through by using a Smoke Generator which emits smoke on the inside of the vehicle and you can then see where it is coming out of....and there's where the water is coming in.
