can the factory radio of lexus es 350 be swapped with oem nav unit?

Do you know where I can find a harness kit to connect oem nav pioneer unit to non nav lexus es 350 2007?

DCfish so far has not commented..

Hi LXK,

Some members have found them on ebay. Some auto audio stores have various kits. Another source may be "United Radio" in New York. They sell, repair and have a long list of manufacturers products.

Also there is Crutchfield.
