My Ls400 96 start some time and run fine but when I park it, it will not start for a few day, and it's lose power because I have to reset the radio and clock. The battery good new one and new spark plug wire and plug, ignition coils and it's show a code P1600.Help

Hi...welcome to the Forum

Code P1600 is quite a serious issue with power supply to the systems. 

I would advise you take it to a good auto electrician to check over. However, a quick check of the battery terminals, earth connections, etc would be the first place to start.

Key on or engine running, then the PCM detected that there was not battery voltage at the Long Term Memory circuit.

You will be looking for corrosion on wire terminals, it can be anywhere from fuse connections to the battery cables. Anyplace a wire connects needs to be clean.

 The car is still doing the same think I change the negative cable and it start up  and I drove it around Wednesday  but next two days it would nor start. But Sunday its start up this afternoon, I've see in the morning if it start.
