2013 RX350 Smart Card Key

I recently purchased 2013 RX350 and it came with 2 key fobs and not the smart card, I was thinking about getting the smart card key as well. My RX is NAP and when I checked with the local dealer I was told that it doesn't come as an option in the system. So can someone confirm if a smart card key can be programmed with North American RX and what is the FCC id. Thanks,

Isn't the FCC ID you would need stamped on your key fobs?

It is stamped on the regular key fob but the smart card key has a different FCC id, thats why I was wondering if someone is using the smart card key with their rx can give me the fcc id.

Sorry, I gave you the wrong eBay link but the same seller has them for the RX350.
