Rattle from right front trouble problem shooting

07 350RX with a rattle over low speed road imperfections. 111k miles, orig shock/struts.

My mechanic has replaced both ball joints, tie rods and tightened under panels. He says it is not the shock, but I didnt question him on the upper mount.

It is low pitched with a quick rattle. Wondering if it could be a duct or something else buried.

I noticed the hood strut  seems to clunk and make noise if I push up on the hood and overextend it

I have the same problem, in my case while rattling if  I slightly press the brakes the noise disappear. I  believe is something related with the pads, but I don't know what. Maybe we are lucky and someone else give us a clue.
