04 LS 430 window goes partially up and then back down. Have to turn car on and off to get it to finally go up

I love this 04 LS 430, bought it new and it has only 69,000 miles.  Within the last year though the driver window arbitrarily stops going up.  It will move about 3-4 inches up and then go right back down.  There are no unusual noises and after opening and closing the door or turning the car on and off a few times, the window will go all the way up.  It is taking longer with more attempts and becoming much more worrisome.  I try not to use the window but would like to know; 1.  How do I get the door panel off the 2004 LS 430, 2.If it is the switch shorting or the electric panel having issues, how do I determine which and where is the best place to replace the electric panel?, 3. Would there be another answer.  Non of the other windows are having an issue.

Similar problem. Same yr/model. Removed door panel. Slight clicking near front of the door panel. Let me know what you find out.
