Rear Bumper Parking Sensor Broke

The whole sensor got pushed "in" the bumper. It looks like it has a circle surrounding that is missing that would hold it into place. I can get the sensor with some needlenose pliers but there is a gummy/gel surround that makes it hard to work with and I can't pull it "out" of the bumper.

Anyone know how I could get this fixed?
