Do I remove the glovebox and the cover piece below it to find the hose?

Or is it behind the cover to the left of where the front passenger puts his feet (center of the car)?

Or do I have to put it up on a rack and access it from the outside in order to unclog it?

I've googled but all I have found are references that are useless to me, such as to look for a dangling hose by the control arm-- yeah, I have no idea what a control arm is, much less whether it is on the inside or outside of the car.

I did find a good suggestion of using weed-whacker string to unclog it. But first I have to find it!

It may turn out to be the moonroof hose, but first things first.

I wish I could find a picture of it.
