How Do I Replace A Fog Lamp Assembly

I have to replace the drivers side fog light assembly on a 2003 GX470. Can this be done without removing the bumper cover? Does anyone have a repair manual that I can check out?

A quick update. I received the new fog lamp assembly from Rock Auto. From the look of the lens, I think there is just one screw on the inside behind the bumper then pull it straight out. There is a clip on the outside edge of the lens.

I will take pics as I do it and post the actual replacement procedures.
